  • Learning from & with each other at eye level

  • interactive events, seminars, congresses & innovation trips

As one of the largest cross-industry innovation communities in the German-speaking world, inno – x – network People from large companies who work daily on the implementation of new ideas & future-oriented projects. Inspiring, hands-on & always up to date.

Innovation is a people’s game

That is why we create an environment that provides space for the cross-industry exchange of ideas and best practice examples as well as shared learning experiences in a national and international context.

Members of our community have a tailwind because we connect them with other innovation leaders from well-known companies and offer exciting benefits:

Cross-industry exchange of experience

The desire to learn from each other guides our actions. We deliberately break down industry boundaries and topic silos in order to open up new perspectives. Members from the fields of industry, trade, mobility, agriculture, services, technology, banking, media and consumer goods are currently strengthening our network.

Know-how transfer without sales pitches

This is particularly important to us as a community. We therefore keep our network largely free of consultants and focus on professional exchange at eye level.

Targeted network development

Our community consists exclusively of innovation specialists who work in large companies and thus offers the opportunity to expand your own network in a targeted manner. Regular exchanges with innovation leaders from a wide range of backgrounds make it even quicker and easier to forge professional and specialist relationships.

Practical skills for innovation work

The wishes of our members are implemented in various interactive educational formats. The spectrum ranges from new innovation methods, strategies and tools, technologies and AI applications to culture/new work and sustainability topics.

Our community members also benefit from discounts when attending national and international innovation events.

always up to date

The world of innovation is turning fast. Exchanging ideas with like-minded people and intensively exploring new tools and methods are becoming increasingly important. Whether AI, New Work or Green Tech: our networking events promote targeted engagement with trends and the challenges of tomorrow.

Innovation Experience capitalized

We bring innovation work to life through exchange – in around 30 different events per year.

Experience exchange meeting

Our meetings for exchanging experience and know-how are a good mix of online, offline and hybrid formats. The range of topics is diverse and geared towards the needs of the member companies, which participate in the program as hosts or by presenting current innovation projects themselves.

Day formats & workshops

Our daily formats & workshops focus on a current topic brought in by the community and are designed to be interactive. Best practices from within the company are expanded to include input from external experts. The participants are actively involved. Examples of day formats include New Work Day, Venturing Day, Sustainability Day, Culture Day and Problem Mining Day.

Participation is discounted for employees of our member companies.

Deep Dive learning journeys

With our Deep Dives, we embark on a learning journey to cities that are among the pioneers and driving forces of the innovation scene. After Hamburg, Zurich, Biel, Berlin and Munich, our journey will take us to Paris & Turin in 2024 to take a look beyond our own world of innovation. We gain inspiration and know-how from international best practice examples.

Participation is discounted for employees of our member companies.

Inno - x - Summer Camp

The two-day summer camp always takes place at the end of August and is our biggest event. It aims to get to know as many innovation leaders from the community as possible in person. Over the past editions, we’ve had the opportunity to visit some of Austria’s most forward-thinking organizations: Vienna Airport, the ÖBB Open Innovation Factory, the Innovation Hub of Casinos Austria, Austrian Post, ÖAMTC, as well as AIT – Austrian Institute of Technology.

Participation is discounted for employees of our member companies.

Online book presentations

New publications with a focus on innovation are presented briefly and concisely by their authors in a one-hour online format. Our community members receive an executive summary and the opportunity to ask the author questions.
