The “SO GEHT ZUKUNFT” format took us to SALZBURG AG for the fourth time this year and highlighted the areas of tension between trends and counter-trends in which innovation and transformation take place.
Among other things, the day focused on the conditions needed in organizations to successfully implement transformation, changing working environments and the potential of diversity and inclusion for the labour market. Examples such as the Energy Community Südburgenland and citizen participation projects for the redesign of public spaces showed how visions of the future can be developed together and thus contribute to a successful, sustainable transformation. The possibilities and dangers of artificial intelligence and the importance of taking a critical look at its use were discussed controversially. The Catholic Church also “tried something new” with the dasSANKT pop-up church in Vienna – another extraordinary example of successful transformation. The inspiring approaches all had a common message: inspiration is the engine that makes change possible.
