Communication is always happening — whether through spoken words, gestures, facial expressions, or body language. The one-day format “Efficient Communication in Innovation Management” focused on understanding the fundamentals of communication, addressing target groups appropriately, leveraging storytelling and the concept of the “hero’s journey” effectively, and developing a communication strategy for a current innovation project. In practical exercises, participants honed the perfect pitch, simulated convincing stakeholders, and explored how to handle negative feedback — including full-blown social media backlashes.
