Which governance setup is the right one for which company? How do you scout efficiently? How do you recruit and involve the right people? Which agile working methods have proven their worth? And what challenges await cross-company collaborations with external partners?<\/p>\n

These questions were the focus of the Venturing Day<\/strong>, which took place on September 23, 2023<\/strong> at VERBUND’s premises at Vienna Westbahnhof.<\/strong><\/p>\n
