The AI Business Navigator <\/strong>developed by Seconds <\/strong>(formerly BMI Lab) is a strategic framework<\/strong> for identifying<\/strong> and developing <\/strong>new AI-enabled business models. <\/strong>The methodology <\/strong>builds on the Business Model Navigator\u2122,<\/strong> created at the University of St. Gallen, which is based on the premise that the vast majority of successful business models <\/strong>follow recurring patterns.<\/strong> <\/p>\n
