SHAPING THE FUTURE – SKILLS IN TRANSFORMATION
On April 28, 2026, we explored at Salzburg AG which skills organizations need in the age of artificial intelligence. The exchange of experiences made one thing clear: companies are well aware of the new opportunities AI offers, are engaging with it intensively, and are already using it in practice. While AI tools today primarily support individual tasks, the focus will increasingly shift toward collaboration with AI agents in the near future – a development that brings both opportunities and uncertainty.
A key challenge will therefore be to address these concerns and actively involve people in the transformation process. At the same time, new technologies are fundamentally changing organizations and corporate cultures. Artificial intelligence is reshaping how we apply technical, practical, and emotional intelligence – and, ultimately, how we work and make decisions.
